I recently had the opportunity to work with Torus Tech Co. and overall, it was an okay experience. The company website torustech.co was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and I didn't feel like my concerns were fully addressed. The products they offer are decent, but nothing exceptional. I would consider using their services again if I can't find a better alternative.
