I recently booked a cruise with Cruise Holidays of Flemington through their website travelbycruise.com. The experience was average overall. The booking process was smooth, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very responsive and seemed uninterested in helping me with my questions. Additionally, once on the cruise, I noticed that some of the amenities were not up to par. The food options were limited and the entertainment was subpar. Overall, I was hoping for a better experience.
