I've been going to Body Shapers Fitness Center for a few months now and I am loving it. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, always making sure you're performing exercises correctly and safely. The facility is well-maintained and has a great selection of equipment to choose from. I enjoy the group classes, as they provide a fun and motivating atmosphere to work out in. If you're looking for a gym that offers both guidance and variety, Body Shapers is the place to go.
