I recently booked a trip with Ekno Travels and I must say it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth and the website was easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't seem very knowledgeable about the destinations I was interested in. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
