The service provided by Groupe resadia is definitely average. While they do get the job done, their customer service can use improvement. There were times when I had to wait for a long time on hold before speaking to a representative. Additionally, some of the technicians were not very knowledgeable and had to escalate my issues to higher levels of support. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to work with.
