Aum Yoga Therapy is simply amazing! The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive. They create a safe and inclusive environment where I feel comfortable exploring my practice. The incorporation of mindfulness and intention setting in each class is truly transformative. The studio itself has a calming energy that helps me disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with myself. I can't speak highly enough of Aum Yoga Therapy!
