As a frequent traveler, I have had the opportunity to fly with Jetsmart airlines several times and I must say that their service is quite average. The staff is friendly and the flights are usually on time, but the legroom on their planes leaves much to be desired. Overall, it's an okay airline, but there is definitely room for improvement.
