The team was responsive and delivered the website within the agreed timeframe, which was great. However, I found the overall design to be slightly generic and lacking in creativity. It would have been nice to see more unique elements that could have helped my website stand out from competitors. Additionally, the customer support could have been more efficient and proactive in addressing my questions and concerns. On a positive note, the pricing was fair for the services provided. Overall, my experience with Webartisan.biz was average, and while they got the job done, I believe there are other companies out there that could offer a more innovative and personalized approach. 😐
