I recently attended a retreat at the centerforcontemplativeresearch.org and it was a truly transformative experience. The teachings were profound and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. I learned so much about mindfulness and meditation, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it to others.
