I recently purchased some bags from this company's website and overall, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good variety of bags to choose from. The prices were reasonable as well. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had a few questions about the products and sent an email inquiry, but it took several days to receive a response. The shipping time was also longer than expected, causing a slight inconvenience. The quality of the bags was decent, but not exceptional. They served their purpose, but I have seen better quality bags elsewhere. I appreciate the effort put into the website and the variety of bags available, but improvements could be made in terms of customer service and shipping time. Overall, an average experience.
