As a customer of Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB), I must say that the overall experience has been average. The services offered by the company are satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website aer.ca provides useful information but lacks user-friendly navigation. It would be great if they could enhance the user interface and make it more intuitive. The rate of response from the support team is decent, although sometimes it can be slow. Despite these shortcomings, I appreciate the efforts made by the company to conserve energy resources and promote sustainability.
