I recently used Kerala Vision - India for a holiday package and it was an average experience. The customer service was decent, but the overall quality of the tour was not up to the mark. There were some issues with the accommodation and transport arrangements. I expected a better experience considering the reputation of the company. I hope they work on improving their services.
