The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean, with breathtaking views of the lake and volcano. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. I especially loved the fresh fruit and pastries. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Varas.
