As a customer of this organization, I found that the content and events offered on the website were quite interesting. They have a variety of educational classes and resources which are worth exploring. However, I did find the website layout to be a bit confusing and not very user-friendly. It took me some time to navigate through the different sections and find what I was looking for. Additionally, the registration process for their events could be more streamlined. The customer service could also use some improvement as it took a while to receive a response to my inquiry. Overall, I think there is potential for this organization to offer a great experience, but there are definitely areas that could be improved to enhance the customer journey.
