We are still trying to reach the Credit Department to demand that four fraudulent hard credit inquires be removed from my husband and my credit reports. At this time, they have blocked our phone numbers and email addresses. They have not responded to the Better Business Bureau. They have provided an attorney's name: John Holmgren From Holmgren Koretz Scarano & Murphy in Osterville who has also not returned phone calls.
