The experience with Impactgroup was average. Although their website looked professional and their services seemed promising, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took them quite a while to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, their answers were not very helpful. Overall, my interaction with Impactgroup left me feeling underwhelmed.
