I recently went on a tour organized by a local company in Puerto Rico. The experience was wonderful, and the guides were friendly and knowledgeable. However, I feel like there are areas where improvements can be made. The itinerary felt rushed at times, and it would have been nice to have more free time to explore. Overall, I had a great time and would consider using their services again.
