I have been banking with Mutual Benefits MicroFinance Bank for over a year now and I must say their services are average. The customer service representatives are friendly and ready to assist whenever you need help. However, the interest rates on loans are quite high compared to other microfinance banks. Overall, it is a decent bank to do business with.
