I recently had the opportunity to work with this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a professional design, which helped me find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and when I finally did, the answers were not very helpful or detailed. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit high compared to similar companies in the industry. On a positive note, the product itself was of decent quality and has been functioning well so far. Overall, the company provides an average experience, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing.
