I had a mixed experience with the Les Ateliers du Voyage. While their website was informative and easy to navigate, their customer service was lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I felt like my concerns were not addressed adequately. However, once I was on the trip, everything went smoothly, and the tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly.
