The company's website is well-designed and easy to navigate, providing clear information about their products. However, the overall customer experience was average. The ordering process was smooth, and the items arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the quality of the products did not meet my expectations. The candles I purchased had a weak scent that didn't fill the room as advertised. Additionally, one of the candles arrived with a crack in the glass holder, which was disappointing. The customer service was responsive and helpful in addressing my concerns, offering a replacement for the damaged candle. Although I appreciate their efforts, the overall quality of the products leaves room for improvement.
