I recently used the services of a real estate company with a website "destinationsrealty.com" and found my experience to be somewhat average. While the website was user-friendly and provided a good amount of property listings, I felt that the communication from the company was lacking. There were delays in responding to my inquiries, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the status of my property search. Additionally, I found the overall customer service to be just ok, as I didn't feel that my individual needs were fully understood or prioritized. On a positive note, the website's property search features were helpful and intuitive to use. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and personalized service.
