I have been a customer of Pen Underwriting for several years now, and I can confidently say that their service is average. While they do provide some good coverage options, their customer support is lacking. I often have to wait on hold for long periods of time, and it can be difficult to get a quick resolution to any issues that arise. Overall, I would say they are an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
