I recently used one of the suppliers from the online portal and had a fairly average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate, and the information provided was sufficient. I appreciated the range of aerospace products they offered, which catered to diverse needs. However, I faced some issues with the delivery process. The shipment was delayed, and I had to follow up multiple times for updates, which was quite inconvenient. The customer service was somewhat helpful, but their responsiveness could have been better. The quality of the product was acceptable, but not exceptional. Considering the affordable price, it was a reasonable deal. Overall, I had an average experience with this supplier and I would consider using them again if the delivery process improves. 👍
