I had an average experience with Sanskriti infoedge. The website mytrip2nepal.com was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of travel packages. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say they need to improve their communication and customer support.
