I have had a mixed experience with Kenya Rae Media. While their website, iamkenyarae.com, is visually appealing and user-friendly, I had some issues with their customer service. It took longer than expected to receive a response from their team. However, once we started the project, they made up for it with their quality work. Overall, I would rate them as good but with room for improvement in terms of communication.
