I recently visited a veterinary hospital in Tirana and I must say that my experience was average. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but I felt that the overall service lacked attention to detail. The waiting room was clean and well-maintained, but the waiting time was longer than expected. The doctor who examined my pet seemed knowledgeable and answered my questions, although I felt that they were in a rush and didn't spend enough time explaining the diagnosis. The prices were reasonable, but I would have appreciated more transparency regarding the costs of different treatments. The website was informative and easy to navigate, which was a plus. Overall, my visit was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of efficiency and communication.
