🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Balanced Pilates NYC is amazing! I love the instructors and the energy they bring to each class. The studio is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. The workouts are intense but incredibly rewarding. I feel so much stronger and more confident since starting Pilates here. The pricing is fair and they offer flexible scheduling options. Can't recommend it enough! 👍
