Although it didn't affect the functionality, I was a bit disappointed. Their customer service was responsive and handled my complaint promptly, providing me with a reasonable solution. Despite this setback, I appreciate their efforts to resolve the issue. Overall, I would consider using them again but would suggest improvements in accurately representing the condition of the containers on the website. 👍
