I recently used the services of Printlink online for my print needs and had an overall average experience. The website was easy to navigate and placing my order was a straightforward process. However, I did find the pricing to be slightly higher compared to other online printing agencies. The quality of the final product was decent, but not exceptional. I appreciated the timely delivery of my order as it arrived on the promised date. However, customer service could have been better as my inquiries took a while to be addressed. Overall, I would rate my experience with Printlink online as average. While they offer convenience and deliver on time, the pricing and customer service could be improved to provide a more satisfying experience for their customers.
