I had a mixed experience with Servicio de salud metropolitano occidente. While some aspects of their service were great, such as their friendly staff and prompt response times, there were also some areas that could be improved. The waiting times at the clinic were often long, and it was sometimes difficult to get an appointment. Overall, I would rate them as average.
