I had a mixed experience with New Image Graphics - India. While some aspects of their service were good, others fell short of my expectations. The design they created for my project was excellent, and the final product looked amazing. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them longer than expected to respond to my inquiries, and there were some miscommunications along the way. Overall, I would rate them as average.
