I've had a mixed experience with Institut canadien de recherche en politiques et administration publiques. Some aspects were great and others not so much. While their website was informative and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not willing to go the extra mile to assist. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
