I recently had the opportunity to book a flight through Volare spa's website. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was fairly straightforward. However, I did encounter a few issues when it came to customer service. I had to wait quite a long time to speak with a representative and my query was not fully resolved. The flight itself was uneventful, but the seating was cramped and uncomfortable. The onboard staff were polite but lacked warmth and enthusiasm. In terms of value for money, the prices were competitive but not exceptional. While I appreciate the convenience and affordability of Volare spa, there are definitely areas for improvement, particularly in terms of customer service and comfort.
