I had a pretty average experience with A Safe Haven for Newborns. The website was easy to navigate, and the staff was friendly enough. However, I did have some issues with communication. It took a while to get a response to my emails, and sometimes I felt like my questions weren't fully answered. Overall, though, it's a decent company.
