I recently engaged with a public relations company in the UK to handle my company's PR needs. While the communication was professional and the team seemed knowledgeable, I found that the results were somewhat underwhelming. The strategies proposed didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of creativity and impact. Additionally, the follow-up and reporting processes could have been more streamlined and transparent. However, I appreciated the efforts made by the team to accommodate my specific requirements. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement to better meet the needs of a diverse range of clients.
