I have been a customer of Grupo Evisa for several years now, and I have to say that their service is average at best. While their website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of products, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I have had multiple occasions where I needed assistance with my orders, and it was a struggle to get a response. Overall, I would say that Grupo Evisa is an okay company, but they have room for improvement.
