I recently utilized the services of Fast Guard Service for a security project at my workplace. The overall experience was average. The guards assigned to our site were punctual and well-presented, and they followed the instructions given to them. However, I did notice a lack of proactiveness and attentiveness during their shifts. The customer service team was responsive and helpful when addressing any concerns or queries. The overall service provided by Fast Guard Service was satisfactory, although there is room for improvement in terms of the guards' engagement and attentiveness.
