The website was easy to navigate and find information about the company. The idea of having free wifi globally is fantastic! It's amazing to think about all the places where we could access the internet for free. However, the actual implementation fell a bit short. The wifi connection was not always reliable and the speed was quite slow. It was frustrating to constantly have to reconnect and wait for pages to load. Additionally, I found that the coverage was limited in some areas, which was disappointing. I understand that providing free wifi to everyone worldwide is challenging, but I expected a better experience. On the positive side, the customer support was responsive and helpful when I encountered issues. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement. 🌐📶✖️🚷💔
