The experience with this real estate company was average. While their website was easy to navigate and had a wide range of property listings, their customer service left much to be desired. I had several questions about a specific property and it took them a while to respond. The information they provided was also quite basic and didn't fully address my concerns. Additionally, when I scheduled a property viewing, they were late to the appointment which was quite unprofessional. However, I must say that once the viewing did take place, the agent was knowledgeable and helpful in showing me the property. Overall, Union Realty could improve their communication and punctuality, but they do have a decent selection of properties on their website.
