I had a mixed experience with Trans Europe Express. While their customer service was excellent and the booking process was easy, I had some issues with the condition of the trains. The seats were uncomfortable and the train was not very clean. However, the train did run on time and the fares were reasonable. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
