I recently had an average experience with this health department. While the staff were generally helpful and knowledgeable, I found the overall organization and efficiency to be lacking. The website provided some information, but it was not comprehensive and I had to search for additional resources elsewhere. The communication could definitely be improved, as it took a while to get a response to my inquiries. I appreciate the effort put into providing health services to the community, but I feel there is room for improvement in terms of accessibility and responsiveness. Overall, my experience was average and I hope to see positive changes in the future.
