Bates Barksdale Ickert & Co is an average company. Their services are satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. I consider their rates to be reasonable, and they do a decent job of handling my financial matters. However, there is always room for improvement. The communication could be better, and sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response. Overall, I would say they are dependable, but not exceptional.
