I had a mixed experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Centre (Manila) Limited. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, there were also some areas that definitely need improvement. The overall quality of their work was average at best. I found some errors in their reports, which made me question their attention to detail. On the positive side, their customer support was great and they were always available to answer my queries. However, I feel that they can do better to meet their clients' expectations. Considering the price I paid, I expected a more excellent service. Hopefully, they will take my feedback into consideration and improve their services in the future.
