I had a disappointing experience at a local medical center. The staff seemed disorganized and uncaring, and the facilities were outdated. But when I went to Grand Island Regional Medical Center, it was a completely different story. The staff was attentive and kind, and the facilities were clean and modern. I felt like I was in good hands and would highly recommend this hospital.
