I recently traveled with a tour company in the Balkans and had an average experience. The guide was friendly, but I felt that the itinerary could have been more diverse. The places we visited were beautiful, but I would have liked to explore some lesser-known areas as well. Overall, it was an enjoyable trip, but there is room for improvement.
