I had a mixed experience with Schuurman bv. While their website was easy to navigate and their delivery was prompt, I found their customer service to be lacking. The support team was not very helpful when I had an issue with one of their products. However, I must say that the product itself was of good quality. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
