🌍 I recently booked a tour package through the Nepal tour operator for my vacation to Nepal. Overall, I would rate the experience as average. The company's website was easy to navigate, and they offered a variety of tour options at reasonable prices. 🤔 However, I found the customer service to be lacking in responsiveness. 🙄 It took a while for them to answer my queries, and they didn't provide detailed information about the itinerary until the last minute. 😕 During the tour, the guide was knowledgeable and friendly, but the accommodations were mediocre. The hotels were clean but lacked some basic amenities. 🛏️ Additionally, some promised activities were not included in the package. 🚫 The trip itself was enjoyable, and I appreciated the opportunity to explore Nepal's beauty, but the lack of proper organization and communication was disappointing. Overall, an average experience. ⭐⭐⭐
