I recently purchased a carpet from Saida Carpets and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The carpet itself is of average quality and it looks okay in my home. The customer service was alright, but the staff wasn't particularly helpful or friendly. The delivery was on-time, but the packaging was damaged and the carpet had a small stain. It wasn't a terrible experience, but I expected better from Saida Carpets.
