Although I had high expectations for Illustrious Designs, I was disappointed with the quality of their work. The designs lacked creativity and seemed generic. Additionally, the customer service was subpar and communication was often slow and unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend Illustrious Designs for your design needs.
